Designing an AI-driven recruiting CRM

Building the first MVP of Phenom's recruiting platform to help HR teams attract, evaluate, and manage candidates more efficiently.

Phenom provides enterprise recruiting solutions that help organizations attract and hire the right talent. As the first designer working on this product area, I partnered with Product and Engineering to design the initial CRM experience — enabling recruiters to manage candidates, track hiring pipelines, and gain insights into recruiting performance.
