HR teams using Growthspace had limited access to data. They couldn't see:

Lead Product Designer

Led the product design of the analytics dashboard, working closely with product and stakeholders to define key metrics and translate them into clear, actionable insights.

Understanding the Need

Through conversations with HR stakeholders and internal teams, we identified that users were not just looking for data — they needed clarity and quick answers.
